SUU’s Ashcroft Observatory, free star-gazing, located on the hilltop just south of the SUU Farm on Westview Drive (Hwy 56 W to Westview Drive). Open 6:30pm to 8:30pm, interested parties should plan on arriving at the observatory just as the sun sets. For more information and time call 435-586-1409.
Radio Day held at Brian Head Resort with Star 98.1. Come out and see the Star 98.1 Vehicle. They will give you a coupon that allows you a 50% savings on a full day Lift Ticket. For information call 435-677-2035.
Tournées Film Festival held at 7pm in the Sharwan Smith Student Center Theater (SUU Campus, 351 W University Blvd, Cedar City) premiering Comme un Juif en France, part II (Being Jewish in France). This documentary explores the complex history of the Jews in France – the first country to grant Jews citizenship. Admission is FREE and open to the public.

Outdoor Education Series: Connecting with the Past: Community Archaeology in Kanab, UT held 11:30am -12:30pm in the SUU Outdoor Center (SUU Campus, 351 W University Blvd, Cedar City) featuring speakers: Barb Frank, Director, SUU Archaeological Repository and Emily Dean, SUU Asst. Professor of Anthropology. Bring your brown bag lunch and relax and enjoy discussions and hands-on activities to help you learn more about the great outdoors and all it has to offer. Admission is FREE and everyone is invited.

OSU Winter Concert: Bravo Opera! held at 7:30pm in the Heritage Theater (105 N 100 E, Cedar City) admission Adults $10, Students $5, Groups of six $30. United States Marine Corps (USMC) On Snow Fun Competition 2, come on out and have fun again with the Marines. The USMC is going to have the Red Hot H3, booming music & showing "Extreme Snowsports" on DVD.
